What happens in our therapy session? 

Each session is tailor made, with the initial one beginning with a full consultation to understand and agree the goals of your treatment – this will enable us to understand how you have come to this point in your life. 

This will also allow us to get comfortable with each other, but also communicate anything that interests you. This might include what approaches we use, how do they work and what you can expect from the therapy that is to happen. 

 

 How It Can Help? 

Our approach  is used as a course of therapeutic intervention to help in cases when feeling down, depressed or undergoing personal crisis,  when there is a limited behaviour, when experiencing tremendous fear of objects/places/situations, when struggling with irrational thoughts or impulsive behavior when  undergoing stress, low self-esteem or lack of confidenceor when grieving or coping with trauma. There are also, a wide range of physical and psychosocial conditions for which our therapy is an appropriate and successful treatment option.  For your reference we have compiled a list of some of the most commonly treated conditions that we deal with.
